On my vr7 Magicka Dunmer Dk i have more magicka than you and my spell damage is almost double yours....
I am wearing 5 pce Trinimac, 5 pce Pariah and the rest torugs pact......
I dont have willpower yet...
I run a destro staff and sword and shield,
sword and shield,
Burning Embers - Flame Lash - Invasion - Fiery Breath - Choking Talons U - Shifting Standard
Bar 2
Crushing Shock - Pulsar - Hardened Armour - Igneous Shield - Coagulating Blood U - Take Flight
All attributes into Magicka.... I do have a little health at around 14k..
Consider switching to 5 piece light 2 heavy for better regen then you can swap the seducer for something that increases damage such as Julianos or kagrenacs. Also to increase damage put all stats into magicka especially if you stick with the 5 heavy.
Other stones you should consider are thief and shadow to mess around with crit damage (especially if your using Julianos look at the shadow) atronoch stone with devines gear really helps regen freeing up you jewllery enchants for spell damage to raise damage.
Finally equipping two swords will raise damage as well
Lord mundus: no. Just no. Drop the tristats drinks, use food and atronach if you really want some magicka sustain. Tristat food will give you more stamina sustain in particular, and overall more syngergy with Battle roar.
Get a gold weapon if you need some extra damage, considering how low it is, I guess you're rolling purple, otherwise, consider putting spell damage glyphs on your jewelry.

Don't start a fight with Igneous Shield - Coagulating Blood, you're effectively burning magicka for extremely small bonus health regen, and a shield that'll get down in 1 hit, while not benefitting from the major mending buff.
You have to be aggressive in how you fight, pop talons often, use the flame lash to heal whenever you can instead of resto heals. Also, since you actually have a resto staff, drop dragon blood and go for blessing of restoration or healing ward. You definitely want to run Volatile armor (or the other morph) for extra mitigation.
EDIT: Out of curiosity, what your armor enchants look like? Max health? Magicka? Tristat?

I run 5l/2h 5 Kagrenacs/4 Magnus/3 Willpower. After using Tri stat food my stats are 32k magicka, 24k health, 14k stamina, 2406 Spell Damage and 1608 recovery unbuffed. Currently using the Atronach for recovery but switch to Apprentice sometimes if I run drinks and my SD goes up to 2780 unbuffed. Heavy armor is literal crap atm so I would advise to stay away from it unless you never want to kill anything.
I almost have mats to make 5 julianos/4 magnus vr16 which will vastly improve stats I would imagine currently vr14 until I have enough......are these cyrodiil stats

Yes those are Cyrodiil stats. All Cyrodiil does is add 5k health. I would go Kagrenacs over Julianos for a magicka DK. Crit is useless in pvp, the sustain and health from Kags is more useful.
Thanks man still about 200 mats from able to craft vr16 but still a long way from being able to craft Kagrenacs....currently at 6 traits on light
Any alternative for the time being
I was struggling to survive in pvp so I changed it up and added more health and went heavy....I imagine you are light armour, if so that's one reason you will have more spell damage than me.......until I get vigour the self healing is brutal with DK

Vigor scales off stam, it won't be a worthwhile heal or use of stam. You have to use a resto on your back bar basically.
Kagernacs is best for Dk from what I've tried. 5 light and two heavy. The bonuses from 5 light is too good to give up. Plus heavy armour just doesn't mitigate much now. Just stack index on your armour.
