It needs to synergise with stamina builds but not be a buff for magicka ones. However the damage boost was simply a bad idea - the duration is short and the impact of trying to maintain it is ludicrously expensive. Couple that with the fact that the mobility buff is shorter and it uses stamina makes it a rarely used skill.
Any of the following would work for stamina sorcerers.
1. Applies a fracture debuff on hit for 2.5 sec
2. Reduces sprint cost significantly whilst active (it has to be significant or its still better to use magicka morph)
3. When you are hit with this active your attacker received a snare for 2.5s.
Yeah same @CP5 I use boundless for the same reasons. I guess I should have said that it needs to be reduced incost, have no additional damage above being a stamina morph and have a longer mobility buff and then add the extras I mentioned!
