✭✭✭✭✭ZOS has never even acknowledged the problem, nor has a similar issue with the Orgnum's Scales set been addressed. I'm lucky to get a 10% boost with Willow's Path or a 25% boost from Orgnum's, even though the sets are supposed to buff at 15% and 50%, respectively.

The 5 piece Night Mother does more damage than a lot of people think, especially if your weapon crit is high enough to proc it in 1 or 2 hits at the most.
Twice Born Star can superior to Hunding's if 1) you choose Thief and Shadow mundus and 2) your targets are not stacking Impenetrable.#CAREBEARMASTERRACE0
