I think it's a hoax... It's past the date where they said they would be contacting winners yet not 1 person has said they won anything. Hard to believe no one on any social media or eso forums won anything with the amount of winners. Was a million reasons to play not a billion

They said that someone already won it in the last ESO Live.

I doubt they will release any information on the winner. I know if I won it, I wouldn't want anyone knowing it from the game.

If you didn't hear from them, then no..

Basically they selected the winner a while ago and already contacted them - he has also replied back to Zenimax. They DO have the right to release his name, but whether they will or not I'm not sure.
