Would it be feasible to have a setting where this aoe is automaticly casted on your own character on activation? Using this in pvp quickly is awkward. Would be the same for every morph that prompts an aoe-target. Would be a toggle or something. @Wrobel

but why you using that in pvp? thats just a bad idea..

id rather not dumb down the combat in this game in any way. So no.

If you don't want it, you can turn that setting off. Simples.

Anyhow, if we're talking about settings I think it should offer an extra step of customisation:

• Enable one-click activation of targeted AoE abilities? [Y/N]
  • Including ultimate abilities? [Y/N]

I personally would prefer the double-click for ultimates, since you can't afford to misplace a Nova or Negate. But things like Blazing Spear, Cinder Storm, Liquid Lightning etc. I would love the one-click activation.

It's not that difficult to push button, move mouse up just a little, and push button again.

This would not be an improvement, in my opinion. They already messed up our ground targeted ultimates by doing this, so that you can't aim them properly.

I understand your problem, though... it's hard to cast this spell sometimes in the heat of battle. My advice is to get a gaming mouse that has buttons that can be programmed to execute a 2-click spell like this in one click. Leave about 100 ms between the clicks, that should be enough.

I only used that once in a large groupvsmall group situation one person stood in stupid and eventually died. WHAT I was a low level getting skyshards and unlike the other sorcs I was with I knew what the wings do give me a break.
