Is it possible to find nirncrux on wrothgar ressources ?

Hi , I've read on another thread that orsinium writs doesn't reward nirncrux, but let's say I have 10/10 in my profession, I know that this would still allow me to find nirncrux if I gather ressource in craglorn, but does that also apply to orsinium ?

For example is there a chance to get nirncrux if I gather void bloom in wrothgar ?

Short answer : No.
Long answer : Sorry, no.
Extensive answer : you only find Nirncrux in Craglorn. Design-wise and lore-wise, it's an area-specific item.
