every time i go into a dungeon there is a small lore sentence about it and every time i get to read about half of it before one of those useless hints about reading books or whatnot replaces the text.

VERY ANOYING!

fix please.

In the meantime, you can read them right here

yes because alt tabbing, finding the correct text for the correct dungeon/delve is something people are likely to do.

So, let me make sure I understand. You want the loading screens to last longer so you can read the text?

The only advice you need is:

    Spin to win.

OP doesn't want longer loadscreens, he/she wants slower changing tips on the loadscreens so you actually have time to read them.

It's actually a bug that's appeared a few months(or bit more) ago, they used to change so slowly even a snail could read them. It's supposedly been "fixed"(ZOS_fix™) in one of the patches but every now and then I still see the loadscreen message changing really fast.

I agree. Most of the time the lore about a particular area is replaced by a generic "press . to enter cursor mode" message before I get a chance to read the lore text.

It's nothing about wanting longer load screens. It's about the text cycling through too fast in those load screens.
