Yo! How are you guys doing?

Is there a guide with the most efficiently way to invade the forts/keeps/castles in Cyrodill? Or do people keep this kind of information for themselves?

Thanks in advance

Ty all lol. @ChrisXO this is indeed a great guide thank you.

Is there a guide with the details of which castle and which walls to go for and other kinds of detail that makes life of the invaders easier?

Each faction has 6 home keeps. These are designated by description. AD = Castles, DC = Forts, EP = Keeps. You will have an easier time staying within the boundaries of your own home keeps and taking them back if not owned by your faction. All walls are equal as long as they have health bars. Corners are not destructible unless they have the little tongue part that sticks out. Even so, destroying that part won't let you get inside of the keep (unless you find the magic jump spot). There are two types of doors, postern doors and front doors. Postern doors are on the sides and sometimes backs of the keeps, and have a "Postern House" around them. You can destroy the postern house but it does nothing, so always make sure you are not sieging the postern house. The front door is destructible, and has a lot less health than walls. The speed advantage is nice if you know the keep is undefended, but if the keep is defended it is easier for the enemy to defend a broken door than a wall.

One thing to note also, any door other than the front door takes no siege damage. So if you're trying to siege the wall and hitting the door on the side of the keep, the wall will take no damage.

It could be explained a lot better probably, but hopefully that helps some.

Some keeps can be sieged from resource towers, Alessia from the farm tower for example, or Faregyl lumbermill. This is very annoying for the defenders because they have to either take the resource and clear it out or knock down that tower. For other keeps, if your group is large and can put up 20 siege then sieging from a larger area is good. All sides of Ash have enough room for this, whereas Alessia front door for example does not.

There's lots that you can consider. Sieging Ash from the north side means that you can also watch for reinforcements coming in from the northern DC keeps. Glademist mine is a nice defensible position and you can siege from the top of a hill, although you can't set up a lot of siege.

Tactics for actually taking keeps are probably going to change with the next game update when siege starts hitting much harder. I expect groups to become much more mobile. Some keep takes may require more than one hole in a wall if its well defended.
