Does the Lich set only dropp from the Lich boss or can it dropp from the bosses too ?

Only the lich boss and its a very low chance to get it from the portal chests in Imperial Sewers.

Not entirely true. I've had pieces drop from the Seducer Bosses.

I always thought any general gave you a small chance at a drop but I could be wrong.

The only way to get the Lich set pieces to drop are by 1, defeating either the Lich of Mournhold or Seducer Sisters dolmen boss at a dolmen and then, 2 looting the chest that spawns at the dolmen.

You can only get the head and chest from the dolmen chest that spawns when the Lich is bested.

You can only get the hands, shoulders, and staff from the dolmen chest that spawns when the Sisters are bested.

I am 100% correct. You cannot get these items to drop in any other ways.

Other than by getting drops, you can buy the items from other players.

Yep, he's right, took me around 1700 dolmens to get my full set, funnily enough I had another shoulder drop at the weekend on my lvl 35 DK.. That was disappointing to say the least since its no use at that level..

Why is this Set so expensive? Only because of the look? In my opinion the 5 set piece bonus is not that great, especially cause of the CP you should have enough magicka regen.

I find the 5 piece is extremely useful, I never run out of magicka with it, on trials this really helps with healing and relieves pressure of our other healers who can throw in some extra dps as a result..
Edit: it's allowed my Templar to get rid of magicka recovery enchants on my jewelry, I replaced it with spell damage ones..

I've not found any bugs with it but I do have to swap it out before the serpent boss in SO, I struggle to get rid of my magicka fast enough, when it procs I run at around 3500 regen..

Seducer (3 pieces) or gedna (2 pieces). The chance of any piece dropping is slim to none.

Agreed, it's one of those horrible grind sets, 1700+ Dolmens in about 4 weeks, lost some sanity in the process too, I think I'll go for master angler title next...

I've been at it a little over a week. I've had 5 lich Crowns drop. Presently I have 4 in my bank. I gave 1 away to some random stranger who just happened to be there at the time. I also have the shoulders and arms.

Nice One! I managed to sell duplicates pretty fast in guild stores for up to 100k per piece, I had about 5 robes, gave 2 away and sold 2.
This was on xbox, not sure about pricing on pc or ps4..

How do you run it in a viable build though? I mean it takes up the head and shoulders and the staff so no monster sets or masters resto.. plus it only leaves 3 armor slots so you basically have to run a set that has armor plus jewelry meaning you either have a 5 piece or the best in slot willpower jewelry set..

id like to run 5 healer 5lich 1 molag kena as a healer

Do u guys know if the droppchance gets higher with the 3 passive from the shadow ? the one u can get better stuff out of chests

Resto/DW - My Healing bar is 5 lich, 4 kagrenacs, 3 willpower, Dps bar 5 kag, 4 lich, 3 willpower.
I usually use it for dungeons/trials or when I need to rely on a lot of sustained healing.
Yes I sacrifice monster sets but I find them even more situational than my Lich set, perhaps spell power cure would work with this but I haven't got that yet.

You can run this and Julianos/any other 5 piece together. The back bar will have the resto and the front will have either dual wield or s&b. Whenever your magicka runs low, you can switch to your back bar to get the lich regen proc and then switch back to your main bar while getting the free regen

I acquired the staff at vr16 by closing a random dolman in which the general spawned on the way to imperial city entrance. I then had a good ESO friend who sold me the chest at vr16 for 200k, I then bought the crown at vr16 in elden root from a guild trader for 250k. I then got excited and proceeded to farm dolmans for 3 days straight. Lets just say that even getting one of the 2 bosses to spawn that are needed for this drop is just insane amounts of grinding. After those 3 days I gave up.

I got a message from the player I bought the crown from and he/she had the shoulders in vr16. After some back and forth bartering we settled on 217k. I then had to pay the insane COD fee because of well "Big Brother Zeni" LOL. He was AD I am DC.

I then proceeded to check traders for a week straight and eventually the same friend above that sold me the chest found bracers at vr16 in a trader in mournhold. He bought them up and I payed him the sum for them 350k.

Summing up this set is worth it. I am an imperial templar healer. and when this set kicks in my magica regen shoots up over 4000. I was then able to completely change my build and become a dps healer. I no longer needed to slot skills for regen like repentance and such. I no longer had to use enchants that reduced costs and such. I also no longer needed to have a ton of champion points in regen. I now run a 5 piece lich set, 5 piece healer's habit at vr14. (still waiting for vr16 on this set zeni) and my d. staff is the masters lighting staff from vet dsa. I encourage any healer to check this set out if you can. This set allows you to change your build up in so many different ways. At first I was skeptical of the cost and such that I paid for the set but in the end I have no regrets.
