Game Crashes before i even get to the character screen

i was in PVP then it crashed, i tried logging back in and right after the message of the week screen in the loading screen it crashes again, tried it again and same thing happend tried it again and again and again same thing, i dont know what else to do besides reinstalling the game which i do not want to do.
