Thieves Guild Active Skills

I made a Thieves Guild active Skill Line for you, ZOS, just in case ;)

Sharpened Shiv:
Cast Time - Instant
Target - Enemy
Range - 6 Meters
Cost - X Stamina
Duration - 4 Seconds

Shove a sharpened dagger into the weak spot of your foe dealing X Physical damage.
Also applies Major Defile, which reduces the effectiveness of healing on the enemy for 4 Seconds.

Morph - Cursed Shiv:
Cast Time - Instant
Target - Enemy
Range - 6 Meters
Cost - X Magicka
Duration - 4 Seconds

Shove a spectral dagger into the weak spot of your foe dealing X Magical damage and applies Breach, which reduces their Magic resistance by 5120 for 8 seconds.
Also applies Major Defile, which reduces the effectiveness of healing on the enemy for 4 Seconds.

Morph - Deadly Shiv:
Cast Time - Instant
Target - Enemy
Range - 6 Meters
Cost - X Stamina
Duration - 4 Seconds

Shove a sharpened dagger into the weak spot of your foe dealing X Physical damage. Also bleeds the target for X damage of 6 seconds.
Also applies Major Defile, which reduces the effectiveness of healing on the enemy for 4 Seconds.


Mysterious Elixir:
Cast Time - 1 second
Target - Self
Cost - 10% of Current Health
Duration - 20 Seconds

Gain 4 random Positive Minor Buffs and 2 Positive Major Buffs for 20 seconds. (Removes previous Buffs if cast again.)

Morph - Blessed Elixir:
Cast Time - 1 second
Target - Self
Cost - 10% of Current Health
Duration - 20 Seconds

Gain 4 random Positive Minor Buffs and 4 Positive Major Buffs for 20 seconds. (Removes previous Buffs if cast again.)

Morph - Failed Elixir:
Cast Time - Instant
Target - Enemy
Cost - 10% of Current Health
Duration - 20 Seconds

Apply 2 random Negative Major Debuffs and 2 Negative Minor Debuffs. (Removes previous Debuffs if cast again.)


Smoke Screen:
Cast Time - Instant
Range - 12 Meters
Cost - X Magicka
Duration - 12 seconds
Radius - 4 Meters

Throw a smoke bomb at target location creating a smoke screen at target location. While you (And only you) are inside the smokescreen you cannot be seen or targeted by enemies outside the smokescreen, however you also cannot be healed by allies outside the smokescreen.

You can be seen by enemies inside the smokescreen with you. Also snares enemies 60% while inside the smokescreen.

Morph - Communal Smoke Screen:
Cast Time - Instant
Range - 12 Meters
Cost - X Magicka
Duration - 12 seconds
Radius - 6 Meters

Throw a smoke bomb at target location creating a smoke screen at target location. While you and your Allies are inside the smokescreen they cannot be seen or targeted by enemies outside the smokescreen, however they also cannot be healed by allies outside the smokescreen. (Maximum 6 People)

Morph - Invigorating Smoke Screen:
Cast Time - Instant
Range - 12 Meters
Cost - X Magicka
Duration - 12 seconds
Radius - 4 Meters

Throw a smoke bomb at target location creating a smoke screen at target location. While you (And only you) are inside the smoke screen you cannot be seen or targeted by enemies outside the smokescreen, however you also cannot be healed by allies outside the smokescreen.

You can be seen by enemies inside the smokescreen with you. Also snares enemies 60% while inside the smoke screen. In addition, while you are inside the smokescreen you gain Minor Protection and Major Fortitude reducing damage taken by 8% and increasing Health Regeneration by 25%


Decoy:
Cast Time - Instant
Range - 28 Meters
Cost - X Magicka
Duration - 8 seconds
Target - Ground

Summon an exact lookalike image of yourself sprinting towards target location. When attacked by an enemy the image will vanish and the enemy will be marked for 8 seconds, showing their location and preventing them from entering stealth.

When the shade is destroyed you also gain Minor Berserk, increasing all your damage done by 16 seconds. In addition if a you are wanted and a Guard views the decoy they will chase it down and when they destroy it the guard will be stunned for 6 seconds.

Morph - Shimmering Image:
Cast Time - Instant
Cost - Tonnes of Magicka
Duration - 14 seconds
Target - Self

Gain Invisibility for 0.5 seconds. When you come out of invisibility you summon 2 lookalike images of yourself that move with you and use identical non damage dealing moves at the same time as you. They also have the same Health as you so will not be destroyed immediately upon taking damage.

The images of you will also taunt nearby Guards to attack them instead of you if you are 'Kill on Sight' status.

Morph - Trapped Decoy:
Cast Time - Instant
Range - 28 Meters
Cost - X Magicka
Duration - 8 seconds
Target - Ground

Summon an exact lookalike image of yourself sprinting towards target location. When attacked by an enemy the image will vanish and the enemy will be marked for 8 seconds, showing their location and preventing them from entering stealth.

When the shade is destroyed it explodes in an eruption of fire dealing X fire damage to any enemies nearby and immobilizing them for 3 seconds. In addition when the shade is destroyed you also gain Minor Berserk, increasing all your damage done by 16 seconds.

In addition if a you are wanted and a Guard views the decoy they will chase it down and when they destroy it the guard will be stunned for 6 seconds.


ULTIMATE - Thieves Guild:
Cast Time - Instant
Cost - 200 Ultimate
Duration - 30 Seconds

Call upon your Guild Mates for backup. Summons 2 Friendly Thieves Guild members to help fight by your side and get you out of a sticky situation. The two Thieves are selected from a random sample of: Bow, Duel Wield, Destruction Staff, Two Handed and Sword and Shield. They have X health and deal X damage depending on the weapon they are using.

Also they will go into crouch with you if you are out of combat so will not reveal your location if you activate them early.

Morph - One of the Guild:
Cast Time - Instant
Cost - 200 Ultimate
Duration - 30 Seconds

Call upon your Guild Mates for backup. Summons 4 Friendly Thieves Guild members to help fight by your side and get you out of a sticky situation. The two Thieves are selected from a random sample of: Bow, Duel Wield, Destruction Staff, Two Handed and Sword and Shield. They have X health and deal X damage depending on the weapon they are using.

Also they will go into crouch with you if you are out of combat so will not reveal your location if you activate them early.

Morph - Get Outta Here:
Cast Time - Instant
Cost - 175 Ultimate
Duration - 30 Seconds

Call upon your Guild Mates for backup. Summons 2 Friendly Thieves Guild members to help fight the enemy while get you make an escape. The two Thieves are selected from a random sample of: Bow, Duel Wield, Destruction Staff, Two Handed and Sword and Shield. They have X health and deal X damage depending on the weapon they are using, their attacks apply Minor Main, reducing enemy damage done by 15% for 4 seconds and snare the enemy by 25% for 4 seconds. Also taunts nearby NPC's, such as guards to help you escape.

Also they will go into crouch with you if you are out of combat so will not reveal your location if you activate them early.

Also grants you Invisibility for 5 seconds. In addition provides Major Expedition, Minor Ward and Minor Resolve for 12 seconds.

    Id leave damage abilities for DB. TG should probably focus on evasion, mobility, cc, buffs/debuffs.

    I am not sure if there can be an active skill for combat for the DLC, as people who do not buy the DLC would be in disadvantage then

    I'm not saying it should be in the game :) I just enjoy thinking of things like this that could fit into the game. Coming up with concepts and new types of skills.

    I'm not 100% sure of the Skill Lines with DLC as there are things like Monster and Armor sets only in DLC which could be seen by some people as P2W. (Such as Kena from IC)

    They can always make the active skill for free, and they can level up by stealing and lock picking

    This is exactly what I should be reading in game when this launches in March. Skills to help stamina and magicka users diversify their builds.
