I recently decided to come back to ESO after quitting about a month after the launch. Back then, the Liberation of Northpoint quest was so bugged, it was practically impossible. I made the crucial mistake of abandoning this quest. Now that I'm trying to get a few quest achievements, I just can't seem to find it.
I was hoping anyone here could tell me where to go so I can do this quest?
