Farorin✭✭✭✭✭I agree with everything in this post. Cloak doesn't need a nerf considering the buffs that the counters have received. It should be one or the other, either nerf it, or buff the counters, not both.
Templars are crap and after the patch are still crap, arguably according to some, are even crapper for certain things.
A new class would be a great change of pace, and something that is very interesting as well.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Don't nerf cloak? Agreed. Magelight, detection potions, caltrops, mark... the counters for cloak are there, no need to nerf it.
Make Templars better? They kick my nightblades ass often enough in Cyrodil that I can't really agree here... and my templars win often enough that I think its not just because I am terribad at ganking people...
But... how about just not nerfing them?
New class? Naw, that would *** off sooo many old hands... on account of "why a new class -now- when I would have wanted that a year ago when i still had character slots free, or that character idea which would have been much better done with this new class then the one I had to choose back then..."
I'd much rather have some Class Morph that everyone can use to diversify their characters, no matter if they start one right now, or have been playing one since launch!0 -
Kattemynte✭✭✭Instead of a new class (which I would love and have been playing since beta) why not give each class a new skill line. Possibly unlock it once you reach Vet 1 or something.
Templars are getting buffed and nerfed just like all classes in the Thieves Guild DLC and everybody will say good and bad things of each class, usually dependent on which class they play.
What I had hoped for in this game was that the classes would be better at one thing than the others and therein lies why someone chooses that class. Want to be a good tank/sustained melee dps? Choose DK. Are you a healer that could also on off days be either melee or ranged? Choose Templar. Stuff like that is what I thought this would be but because so many people want to be everything in one class why even make classes.
