Magika/Imperial/Templar/Tank&Damage Dealer Build ideas and questions opened to suggestions

TL;DR (Looking for help on making a tank/DD and need help with CP allocations/Mundas stones/and where I should be in stats to make this effective where I can main as a tank but off as a DD for solos open world and hallways filled with adds.. Below is the list of what I'm theorizing would work and would like suggestions on what I should keep what I should get rid of what I should know... I've been to tamriel foundry.. And although I saw a lot of good. Builds its not what I'm looking for ... no need to suggest it...

As the title states I'm looking for suggestions and to bounce ideas off of some of you as I can't really find any place that gives a good Tank and Damage build, I mostly see tank/heal

So I am just gonna run down the ideas I am having and seeing what some of you may think and maybe see what you guys can suggest...

Attributes: All into magika

Gear set up: 5 heavy/1 Light/ 1 Medium (for undaunted passive)
Heavy pieces: Chest/Legs/Helm/Shoulders/Feet
Light Piece:Hands
Medium Piece: Belt

Gear set up I'm thinking about for this : Armor Mastery/Seeducer/Willpower Jewelry (healthy)

Armor mastery pieces : Chest/Helm/Feet/Sword/Shield
Seducer Pieces: Legs/Shoulders/Hands/Waist/Sword

Traits: Infusedx5/Reinforcedx2/Divinesx2/Defenderx2

Infused PIeces: Chest/Legs/Head/Shieldx2 (total of 5)
Reinforced: Shoulders/Feet
Divines: Hands/Waist
Defender: Swordsx2

Enchantments: I'm going straight health in gear and shields and for the swords I'm using hardening

The bars will swap out my 5 piece armor master set and my 5 piece seducer set

1 bar is more of an offensive bar the other is more of a defense or buff bar

Bar 1 Offensive Bar(Seducer 5 piece bar)
Entropy/Puncturing Sweeps/Pierce armor or ransack/Repentance/Breath of life/Shooting Star

Bar 2 Defensive or Buff Bar (Armor mastery 5 piece bar)
Purifying Light/Harness Magika/Inner Rage/Channel Focus/Blazing Shield or Radiant Ward/ Aggessive Horn

My idea is to use the offensive bar in hall ways to help lay down some damage while also getting the attention of the biggest of the baddies in those hall ways, and when in boss battles use the buff bar when I need to rebuff then go back into offensive mode and lay down some damage to the boss especially during those fights when the dps have to focus on adds I can still be laying down some damage (not great damage) but some into the boss

My group has a healer so I'm not really looking to be a group healer while I'm tanking although I'm not against it either but going Tank/Heal really doesn't help me much for during solos or when I'm out in the open world it feels like it takes forever to kill adds and I want to not have that problem going Tank/DD for open world or solos makes this. Lot better I know I won't be the best damager but I'll atleast not spend too much time on adds outside or inside of solos...

I purposely left off the champion points and my Mundas stone..these are some of the biggest questions I have to get suggestions...

Champion points: right now I'm really low on them I'm only at 180 I think it might even be like 178 (didn't check before logging off last night)

What are some suggestions especially right now when I'm still leveling them up... What should I focus them into while I have so little then what should I branch off too once I start getting more...

Mundus stone I'm currently using the Mage.. But I think this isn't the best for me any suggestions for this?

What numbers should I be at .. When it comes to max health/Max magic/Max stam/ health recovery/magic recovery/stam recovery/ physical resistance/ spell resistance.

For open world should I ditch the armor master set and switch it with law of Julianos ?... For help in damage and magika?...

Any help would be greatly appreciated and again I've already been to tamriel foundry and I liked a lot of the builds I saw but most builds seem to revolve around tank/heal and I'm looking for more tank/damage I actually got a lot of my thoughts on this from thread over there but his build again is for tank heals and would work great if that's what I wanted to do but it's not...

For champion points pre thieves guild get 30 into apprentice (heavy into elf born and split between blessed and spell precision) to get spell crit passive. Note that elbows rounds down so 4.2 is same as 4. Then focus all into thaumaturge. after thieves guild all into apprentice max elemental expert instead of thaumaturge. Red go heavy into elemental defender and hardy and block expertise. Spell shield and heavy armor expert secondary. Green 50/40 between magician and arcanist rest wherever. I'd wear kagrenacs heavy over Julianos. Consider wearing light armor for solo. I'd put all points into magic and try and use glyphs to make up health. However blazing shield is only really worth it if you have enough health. Defensive stance and the crappy spear ultimate will help with mitigation. I think your skills are fine though. Meteor probably isn't necessary for tanking. Nova offers good damage and mitigation.
