scaling damage: weapons and armors mark

actualy the way is intended the scaling damage over magicka or stamina do not make a real sense, is like quantity over quality.
mark the weapons and armors whith the number of kills and bash/hits could give a proper dimension to a scaling damage and keep free the creation of a hybrid builds, as many game do and as to be originally was intended in eso too.
also because of that magicka/stamina scaling damage, i've see no consistence in what you recieve putting attribute into health, i mean should give the proper advantage, may be for an healer.

also give an history to your weapon, armour open new window to some small game, like mountly legendary weapon board, or something like that.
