Dual wield vs destruction staff (Magic DK)

Has anyone on the pts done a review on what does more damage for a magic dk? I did research on google and all I got was outdated stuff. I'm pretty sure I'm not the first to wonder about this so if anyone has any input please let the community know, thank you!

Dual wield will provide more damage but less ultimate gain because light attacks are tough to weave while using dual wield. Destro gives less damage but more ultimate from light attacks.

I presume depending on your ability bar your gonna do more with dual wield and the destroy would be for snares stuns n buffs like usual.

You lose damage without light attack weaving. You could try a dual wield aoe bar with proxy det and inhale though
