Simple Request - Friendly Player Health Bar Color

Would it be possible to change the color of the above head friendly player health bars to green from blue? The blue just blends in to everything and makes it hard to see as a healer. I think green would stick out much better and make it easier to keep track of your groups HP levels in both PvE and PvP.

I do on every character other than my healer. It's just much easier (for me) to watch the bars over head than the group bars in the upper left hand of the screen. It becomes much harder (again for me) to keep track of my position on screen, as a healer, if watching the upper left hand. If the group bars were move able that would be much preferred but I will take a change from blue to green. It just gets more difficult the larger the TV I play on.
