Sorcerer: The heavy attack animation with a frost destruction staff looks pretty cool to me, not a sorcerer specific skill but I love opening with that attack on him!
Nightblade: I'm going to have to say Ambush because it looks awesome, but I don't spam it in pvp I swear! I've had it spammed on me enough times to know how annoying that is.
Dragonknight: Reflective Scales, because I love how it gives me dragon wings.

It's just very satisfying when that connects
Lag is ruinin' my 'mershun! A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in. There is only one good, knowledge, and one evil, ignorance - Socrates Member of the Old Guard, keepers of the game's history
Soul Trap: Without your one free magic spell, you can't fill soul gems and rez after you die stupidly falling off cliffs, stung by wasps, ganked by a mob of idiots in a sewer, or standing in red circles.
Streak: Get out of jail free, teleport onto high platforms and ledges, violate the edges of the world, and never get your boots wet crossing a river again.
Runner up: Dark Cloak: Wrap yourself in darkness like the gloomiest goth who ever moped in a rainy graveyard. Except it only lasts a couple seconds, while invis potions last 12 or more, so it's utterly pointless.
Since I mainly only play a Templar, I'll have to say that it's... Repentance.

"I am a nightblade. Blending the disciplines of the stealthy agent and subtle wizard, I move unseen and undetected, foil locks and traps, and teleport to safety when threatened, or strike like a viper from ambush. The College of Illusion hides me and fuddles or pacifies my opponents. The College of Mysticism detects my object, reflects and dispels enemy spells, and makes good my escape. The key to a nightblade's success is avoidance, by spell or by stealth; with these skills, all things are possible."
