Not receiving ESO mails

I'm writing this from my friend's account because I can't access my own. I'm not receiving any mails from ESO including access code. Can someone please help me, I already sent a ticket but I don''t know the number of it because I can't access my account to see. I've also sent a ticket from this account too. It's been 3 days and I still can't play the game because of this problem.

    Have you gone into your account page here and made sure the email address is what you expect it to be?

    Do you have any spam filters or junk mail folders in your email client? The mail sometimes ends up in there.

    The email is ok. There isn't any mails in junk or spam folder. I just can't receive eso mails at all, I even added them as safe senders and still nothing. I've received an email from eso team that they believe that the issue has been resolved, and I don't know how did they come to that conclusion. So frustrating.

    May I also add that I haven't received any invitation code for this forum so I must write these posts from my friend's account.
