I have searched every way I know of on what goes into any of the Essance of potions for the crafting writs. Please someone tell me what water needs to be used!

Once you get at least 3 the writs replenish your supply. They give you 3 at a time.PS4 NA AD GM formerly known as GM of "The Children of the Void"
