when the vampire spawn?

i infect 2 alt 3-4 days ago in rift at fullhelm fort wayshrine.
at that moment i did not have access at the area with another char.
now is already 2 day that i running the rift to infect my NB, but seem there aren't any blood fiend at all.
anybody know the mechanics of the vampire spawn?
i know for ww is full moon.

From my experience, Bloodfiends and Werewolves spawn randomly every so many night cycles and if you've seen 1 type recently more than likely you'll see the other spawn next.

Crescent moon - vampires.
Full moon - werevolves.

Not necessarily. I have seen werewolves on a crescent moon and bloodfiends on full moon. It used to be strictly WW on full and vamps on new but they changed it to me more random to prevent players with bites to sell killing all the spawns so they could sell for high prices.
