Did anyone notice lag/spike in dungeons/trials/tamriel after last maintenence ?

lol so im not alone i guess they transfer some of the cyrodiil lag into non pvp world

Been wondering, my pings been much higher lately, normally 80-100, now average about 180 with spikes of 500 at times.
