Game still crashes.

I participated in beta with my sister (whom I bought a copy for as well) and tbh, had quite a hard time getting the game to run. Narrowed it down to shadows crashing on one pc, and water reflections crashing her pc. Problem solved. It was beta, whatever.
I liked it, so I bought 2 copies of TESO @ 60 a pop, and paid 1 month of subscription per acct. Great. Except it took me about 3-4 days to finally get the game to not crash every 30 mins or so. We eventually parted with TESO, as, well, release was clunky, buggy, and the client was unstable. It was one thing after another. This was around release.
I -we- WANT to love TESO, honestly. But every single time I come back to the game, it takes 2 days to install and always has a problem. I'm obviously frustrated at this point. I've literally spent $150 for a game that doesn't even work on a fresh install - and hasn't since release for me or her.
Long story short, I've searched forums and posts all over, and the generic fixes posted all over the internet and from in-game tickets simply don't seem to work for most people (common problem it seems). One PC I cant even get past launcher, and other pc crashes on login. Any suggestions? I will supply logs, etc. I would prefer not to have to spend hours trying to get the game to function.
