Stamina DK: Need help improving DPS in dungeons, trials, etc.

I'm a VR16 Nord stamina DK and everything I've heard suggests I should be getting at least 10k more DPS than I am currently getting. I only seem to get 15k sustained, if that (single-target). I'm aware of the upcoming DK changes, but I'm concerned about the month before that as I want to be able to do dungeons. I've also had to sacrifice a lot of resource management to be able to even get the damage that I am getting.

Main bar (2H): Rally, Wrecking Blow, Flames of Oblivion, Critical Rush, Executioner; Flawless Dawnbreaker
Secondary (DW): Burning Breath, Razor Caltrops, Flames of Oblivion, Unstable Flame, Steel Tornado; Standard of Might

Gear: 5 Hunding's, 3 Night Mother (4 when on DW bar), 3 Agility jewelry. All gold enchantments, all stamina on the armor and all weapon damage on the jewelry. Mundus is The Shadow. It was The Warrior but people kept recommending The Shadow. I've experimented with Evil Hunter in place of FoO on main bar and Igneous Weapons in its place on the back bar, but I haven't seen much improvement, just some occasional burst. I can't seem to get the Wrecking Blow/heavy attack animation cancel to work more than once during a fight either. Starting with Burning Breath and Unstable Flame seems to lower my DPS since it slows me down and I can't seem to animation cancel Burning Breath.

I've thought about switching Night Mother with Morkuldin for some more resources, and even Endurance over Agility, since I keep running out of stamina in dungeons; tripots and shards don't help enough. Any help would be appreciated. I just want to be able to do dungeons and actually carry my own weight.

    Wrecking blow, executioner, Unstable, Igneous Weapons, FOO, Flawless dawnbreaker.

    Back Bar.
    Tornado, caltrops, beast trap, engulfing, FOO, Standard.

    Basically heavy attack weave keeping all dots up.
    Do keep in mind this requires weapon crit pots and you have no heal. which can be swapped with caltrops or engulfing doesn't really matter.
    Lemme know if you need anything else. And if you have sustain issues make sure you have repentance and/or shards.

    Make sure to use precise on your weapons if you don't have maelstrom. Your crit looks a little low maybe due to this. And just be aware that Most of the quoted dps values are with maelstrom weapons. which is what makes the build really shine.
