What armor motif is this?

I stole some armor for my storage alts so they wouldn't be stuck in the default clothes on character selection, and ended up with this cool looking armor I haven't seen before. I use ESO-Fashion to look up armor styles all the time, but was unable to find this one. Anyone have any ideas? It's just level 3 iron chest/arms stolen from Davon's Watch

It's a stolen armor, so it's style will be random, i believe it's a 2nd tier one (lv 16~24), but the Breton heavy chest doesn't change much anyway, so yea.... Mai cave. >:30 -
