RACE CHANGE.
when soft caps were removed, it completely messed up race balance. in the beginning it was mostly irrelevant because you could soft cap everything you wanted in a variety of ways, but now % based increases are the most powerful effects. It should have been brought in a year ago. one option would be to change ALL racial passives but that would result in never-ending QQ,
the most fair implementation would be to offer race change, especially for the people with characters from before soft cap removal who would have picked a different race.0 -
