I did a tiny bit of testing with quick recover and blessed in cyrodil and the results were so little I couldnt tell if it was working right or if battle spirit just makes it worthless. Im on console though so Im pretty limited, has anyone else tested this?

Probably the worst place to test it as Battle Spirit cuts everything in half.

Quick recovery should never show in the tooltip, since it does not buff what you do, but what is being done to you, even by yourself.
Also there seems to be some odd behavior with wuick recovery, where it provides no additional boni at certain cp investments and then grants the full bonus once a certain "milestone" is achieved.

Blessed on the other hand should reflect in tooltip (and does so for my surge on PTS, havent tested anything else).

@Ahzek What do you mean by quick recovery does not buff what you do, but what is being done to you? Example of this?

@KisoValley Quick recovery does not buff the healing you do, that is blesseds job.
It increases the healing you "receive", which is an entirely different effect.

In a pure solo szenario those end up doing the same, but they vary widely when taking other friendly players into account.
For example you could heal 1k per tick with your basic vigor on yourself and nearby allies. If you now take 10% into blessed you heal everyone for 1100 per tick. Should you invest 10% into quick recovery you will heal yourself for 1100 and everyone else for 1000 with each tick. However, should your buddy, whose vigor alos has a 1000 healing per tick, decide to use his, you will be healed for 1100 and he will only get 1k himself.
Of course those CP are not excluding each other, and combined you would heal yourself for 1210 per tick, your buddy for 1.1k and get healed for 1,1k from him. However it is generally the smarter choice to invest in less damage taken than healing received to prevent getting destroyed by burst damage. Also quick recovery caps out at 16% compared to the 25% of most other defensive passives.

Even though quick recovery buffs healing you do to yourself, that bonus is not part of the tooltip healing the skill does, which is calculated for a blank slate target. Instead it more acts like a permanent buff on you, boosting your ability to benefit from all friendly heals comming your way.

@Ahzek Ah I see thanks. I always assumed it does something to my own healing cause watching build videos everyone uses it but never really knew what exactly it did. I usually put 10-20 points in it, sometimes less if I need the need for less dmg taken depending on what build I'm running.

You're saying that healing received from Quick Recovery is subject to step-up points thresholds? This is the first I've heard (or noticed) of this. I'll have to look into this later, thanks for sharing.
