New one handed weapon idea.

Picture in Skyrim when you hurl fire, ice and shock from yr hands, well what if we had the option to weild that as a weapon.
You can pick and choose what type of spell you want to weild in each hand, I picture them working very similar to the staves.
Great for mages immersion wise and a bit more variety for us all.
Have them work just like weapons do, have a variety of set up to choose from sword with fire balls in one hand etc and new skills and morphs to master.
Would to you all think my fellow scrollians?

✭✭✭✭✭Want to wield spells? Keep hands empty, use class skills. Overload makes it so per se. Done.
This isn't Skyrim after all...
How-ever...
Some more options for casters then just "big ole staff" would be a very good thing. I keep mentioning how I would love to see some sort of "Spell Focus" as alternate weapon for destruction or restoration magic... hold the focus in your left, and make mystic gestures over it with your right, animation wise...
Depending on racial style, those could take the form of holy symbols, ornate spellbooks, gemmed skulls, shaman rattles, meditation crystals, jeweled scepters, etc.
...which incitentally would be just the thing we could need to make jeweler a viable crafting skill line...
