Maelstrom Destro staff drop rate

I seriously think there is an issue with the drop rate of the destro staff here .This is not even the total count i probably deconstructed about 20+ weapon, i had tons of duplicated and defending traits that i deconstructed.

Only 1 destro staff so far and im not the only one in this situation i have 2 of my friends that run vMa frequantly and they have the same probleme.

Anyone else had the same situation ?

Yup. Over 100 rewards and never got the inferno staff.

How many other weapons ?i probably had a total of 50 weapon + and only 1 ice destro.

I have/had 3 altogether, 2 precise, and 1 defending which i decon. 2 precise from weekly, defending from last chest. I have yet to get 1h dagger/axe or 2h axe AT all. I get resto staffs, shields and 1h swords like crazy, with the odd lightning/frost destro, 2h sword thrown in for good, i mean bad measure.

Are you on pc or ps4 ?That might have something to do too because out of 50 weapon i only got 1 destro while i got all other weapons in multiple copies dagger sword maces axe 1h and 2h, resto staffs bow. I'm on ps4,

Im on pc, for sure something is tarded with drop rate............imo.

And.........i would bet my house on myself receiving yet more resto's, 1hs etc etc instead of what i need from this weeks weekly.

Yep.. and these are not even all of my weapons, just the duplicates or useless ones. I have only gotten one inferno (and it was from the final chest, not a weekly reward).

i havnt got a destro/sharpened either and ive done vma a crapload of times. 100+ completes and i currently have 76 VMA weapons on my mule. oh how i hate not seeing it in the chest or in my mail on sunday nights . oh how i wish the chest would just contain our damn staff!!!!!!!

20 runs. Have 3 fire destro staves (great traits) and 2 lightning destro staves (also good traits). No ice staff

Still very lucky you had fire destros to be honest.I think destro's have the lowest drop rate.

I've done 30+ runs (as well as the weekly rewards) and never seen any of the destruction staves drop. I've had approximately 5 restoration staves, 5 bows, 4 one handed dps weapons, 3 shields, 2 one handed tanking weapons, and 1 two handed weapon.

No, it's all about luck/badluck...had my sharpened destro(fire) on my 3rd attempt. The second one (precise) came about 6 weeks later and i did vMSA daily...

Nah you just got exemtrely lucky lets says there is a total of 12 different type of weapon

I droped only 1 destro out of 50 weapon + when you should get 3 chance out of 12 to get a destro everytime you drop a weapon.
So 1 / 4 of the weapon you drop should be destro's.The 2 person that i know that also run vMA have the same issue 20 run + and no destro.

I think the % of drop chance on destro is just mest up specialy for fire destro.You should drop 1 destro out of 4 weapon drops and we are really far from it i run vMA 2-3 time each day on the week days and even more on the weekends.

It's obvious to me certain, well desired weapons/armour have an intended lower drop rate than the less desirable. I'm sure most, if not all of you here have farmed the *** out of vDSA, vet prison and vwgt and can attest to that ^^

no...it's a chance to get a specific weapon for each attempt. Doesn't matter how often you had this chance. So it's only luck/badluck. I for myself haven't gotten any daggers, but i know lots of people got some in different traits.

Running vMSA hundreds of time does not make the chance bigger...you only have them more often.

just unlucky. I have gotten probably around 30 weapons and only 1 2h has dropped for me. 1 2h Mace defending and no 2h Sword or axe. I have multiples of every other weapon

Lol oh man that's the only weapon i want. I spent 15 hours learning it the other day got to the last boss and couldn't dps the crystals fast enough. Gonna try again soon i bet i blow through most of it since i finally know the fights.

Ok, *** this *** and this game lol. Another precise flame staff, wtf ffs and another 1h mace/shield. The rng *** in this game tips me over the edge, had enough.

I think it's just bad luck. My second clear of vMA I got a sharpened destro, and then got another defending destro from the weekly.

Bad luck or not, i really couldn't care less now lol. It's laughable how they think this rng bollox will keep players interested.

similar problem. however, i think this is a combination of
1) chance and bad luck
2) three different staves with a chance to drop destro at all equal to the others.

if i have 10 restos and 10 destros (but not the ones i want), this feels like restos drop ALL THE TIME, while actually they dont

i've never seen one either for finishing the last boss, I got mine from the weekly reward.

Same feeling here, 4 toons ranked in the weekly since the release + the runs i do during the week.

I didnt count how many Maelstrom weapons i looted/deconstructed but i think it started to be statistically significant now. I have all the 2 handed weapons with every traits, same for restoration staves, bows, defensive 1 handed weapons, only a few offensive...and only a few destro staves : 2 lightning, 3 ice, 1 fire = seems the most usefull/desired are the ones with the lower drop rate ! Nice frustration system...

Same patern of weekly loots in the mail nearly every weeks : 2 exactly same items with same traits ( often resto staff, bow, 2 handed weap ) + 1 same weapon with different trait + 1 other weapon.

What are the probability to see that patern repeated weeks after weeks ????? Low is an euphemism...

Of course i had only one fire Maelstrom staff, defender trait...Low chance vs other items i dont know, seems...

The loot generator system is biaised for sure or concepted like that since the start ( how many of us encountered loots with same traits during a day or exactly same items many many times ???? everyone ! )

Strange feeling with crafting dailies too : when i do it everydays with 5 toons = low chance to have gold materials, if i stop to do it, when i come back : nearly every craft daily give me gold materials...The more you play the less you loot...

I send a bug report about that every week, i dunno the impact but i feel scammed...No money for them is my only answer for that laggy bugged biaised game. I ll pay when frustration wont be the only solution to keep players in touch.

ALL the rest were with defending trait (deconstructed because i dont hoard useless ****)

Ironically, almost all my drops and weekly rewards are staves...
I haven't done Maelstrom as much as other people here because I find it a chore more than anything else and I hate that, but the weapons I own are:

3 resto staves: 1 precise 2 defending
1 ice staff: sharpened
2 lightning staves: sharpened
1 inferno staff: precise

Other things I have are:
1 battle axe: defending
1 bow: defending

I'm really trying to get the daggers or axes but at this rate it seems it's the staves I keep getting
