I support - Race changes, because many people didn't know about racial passives or clipping ( when picking a beast race for example )
I do not support full blown re-customization of your character's features, they should only allow facial hair, hair, hair colour & tattoos in my opinion, perhaps other adornments such as make up, earrings and other jewellery also, but that's it.
I am glad class changes won't happen.
Lucky for you it's on the "Coming Soon" list, so don't fret you will soon be able to change your race. Word of advice don't pick a race simply because of a patch, a rule of thumb is pick a good race for the class.
At least this time "Coming Soon" means before August

My time is very limited so rerolling just wont work for me so they lost one player because of it but they probably dont care i am just 1 guy.
...which I take to mean all that will come after the Dark Brotherhood DLC.Longer term, expect to see information about systems like a character customization shop so you can change your character's gender, appearance, name, etc., player housing, and other systems that we'll announce in the future. We'll have much more information about all of these as the year progresses.

Since people who change their race will very likely not just want to pray the slider settings that looked good on their bosmer will make for a decent appereance when turning khajiit, but will want to adjust things. So any race change without character edit option would be a really stupid idea...

Of course, many here really, really want this sooner.
Me among them.
So many small things I want to adjust to get my characters just perfect... things that looked all right in chargen, but not so much in live game when in motion or something... a hip shape here, a hand shape there, a voice change here, a renaming there... that sort of thing. And since we have been asking for this since... well, since launch, really... patience is wearing thin.
...
Sooner! Sooner ! Sooner!

I feel your pain man.. With all these new class balances/changes people are gonna want to test/change builds between magicka and stam.. ZOS needs to accommodate this for us or more people will leave this game..

Yeah i played Magicka DK on PC launch and just loved all the DK abilities but wanted to try the stamina side of it and the abilities are just boring to me. WB is about the most boring ability i have ever used no matter how effective it can be in PVP. Its not about having the best class or most OP class, its about me logging on and having fun playing a class i have fun with. And i came back on PS4 and no longer have my PC so i cant play my old magicka DK anymore. And i cant do a magicka DK being a Redguard since he is all stamina, it will just be hard to do.

Argonian now have more Health, so they are OP now
Pls #zose nerf it
I disagree, racial passives don't make a life-death difference normally. I have a Breton Stam Sorc because I wanted to switch things up, and an Argonian NB Healer. They're both running fine.
Only min-max people are the ones that really care about racials to this degree, and of course those that blindly follow the builds.

They make quite the difference.
For a magicka dk - redguard or dark elf.
RedGuard - 10% max stam
9% stam recovery
Chance to get stamina back on melee hit.
Dark elf - 9% max magicka
6% max stamina
flame resist
7% more flame dmg
So not only does dark elf get the 9% more magicka to add to it's dmg they also get 7% more flame dmg on top of that by losing 3% max stamina and stam recovery which is useless.
Yeah i'd say it makes quite a difference.
