If you could spare some time I believe the PvP community would appreciate a pinned update from yourself on what to expect come Thieves Guild next month (June 2015 is a bit stale and lengthy now).
And while yes we can read PTS/LIVE patch notes, they are not always complete and do not provide much insight into the changes.
