Vet 16 templates thieves guild dlc????

Ok just trying to understand this. So they are giving everyone who buys the dlc , 3 vet 16 templates one for each alliance with a way shrine to the new trial, high power armor and weapons, 300 champion pts, ...... ?? So is that a temporary thing? Or is it a incentive to bring players back to the game by giving them some characters ready to play? Anyone have actual knowledge of this?

you don't get to keep anything related to the Player Test Server.
