The question is - when is the snare applied? If it's on final hit as well, not so great. First hit would be better.

its on the last and pretty OP as being the one affected by it you are unable to get out of its range or in closecombat range to the templar without shuffle/retreating maneuver = sure death for any magica build(but sorcs).
You can't have a stun without giving CC immunity. Skills used to work like that and it was broken, stupid, and simply terrible for the game.Its a crap change.
We didn't want a stupid snare, we actually liked our stun...
We just were sick of giving free immunity CC to everyone...

Very rarely, because it doesnt bug out that way often.
