Transferring the game to my second hard drive

I apologise if this has been asked before, but I haven't found a definitive answer.

When I first installed ESO, I didn't realise how much space would be taken up by later programs (and didn't realise that I should use my second hard drive for huge games such as it and Skyrim). I would like to transfer the program--without having to re-download it--to the second hard drive, and if possible, be able to still use the launcher. How might I do this?

It seems to be enough to just copy the whole game on the new partition and then launch it. When a patch will come maybe it will work with the new path as well.

Literally as easy as copying the entire Zenimax Online folder to the new drive, then run the launcher from the location you copied the game to. Done it myself and was very straightforward

Yes, there is a way to do this. However, the bigger concern is that the game is not guaranteed to work on an external drive. There can also difficulties depending on your SSD format. So be aware of this before transfering the game.

As LostScot mentioned, simply copy the entire Zenimax Online folder to the new drive location. Afterward, please Download the launcher from your account page and run through set-up to re-establish the launcher's link to your new default location.

The hard drive isn't external; it's a second drive. ^_^ And thanks for the help–I'll try that and get back to you on if it works or not!
