ESO PLUS: Randomly disabled and getting kicked out of Orsinium/Wrothgar.

I could not find a related thread but it's been frustrating for me and others I have recommend to go with ESO Plus. We're constantly being blocked out of ESO Plus content until we wait for it to fix itself or log off for a long while. Could you please address this? It's really de-valuing your subscription. Thanks! 8)

If it helps any, it seems to be happening more ever since the last NA Megaserver reset. Seems like it might be a back-end issue? Either way, it happens while we're in or outside of Orsinium so there seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. o_O

    I've experienced the missing Eso plus a couple of times. I just simply closed the game and restarted. Been good for a few weeks now tho touch wood

    I've had same issue that my Eso plus account disappears I think it's more of a Xbox live issue then , but as post above says I just log out and restart Xbox and it normally sorts

    Yeah, it's likely an Xbox LIVE issue but I'm sure if you go through their support they'll point you back here. LOL.. Figured that we should all at least report the issue here so they realize this is a thing. I mean, PC does seem to get priority right now. We're the red-headed stepchildren.. J/K ;o)

    I have the same problem.I still have amonth each on my current Live Gold and ESO Plus Subs.Tried restarting, Hard Shutdown and restarting and still thinks I have no ESO Plus.

    Here we go again - the frustration continues. It's always risky going to Wrothgar, and now I'm beginning to wonder if proper services are being rendered. There has to be some level of reliability here considering it's purchased content. The only work around seems to be try and get out of Wrothgar.

    Seems the solution would be to make it FREE, in lieu of having us pay for something that does not work or refund us for the time lost.

    Yeah, that's scary when you put it like that.. Orsinium is so massive in scope but it doesn't work properly. Imperial City can be so much more than what it is now but it is glitchy as heck.

    It's a shame. I feel like they should at least give people some free crowns as these problems persist. It'd revitalize faith in the game and encourage people to keep spending their money. Everyone wins.

    Free DLC.. I don't think that will happen but that would rock!

    I just got eso plus for the first time two days ago since lots of dlc has been released and it seemed like a good deal. I'm playing in orsinium, walk away to eat dinner, come back and my game loads me into grahtwood with all dlc content unavailable and eso plus removed...

    Quitting the game and restarting temporarily fixes this but it's reoccurring.

    I've just had this today for the first time in pretty much a year of subbing. No idea what caused it, was in orsimnium in one character doing writs, logged onto a new character and could only get Craglorn writs as no DLC available and eso+ removed. Logged out and back in and fixed itself.

    Long time reader first time poster. Logged on and plus not working. Xbox settings show I have membership. Also gives me options to renew for another amount, how kind. Fix now or loose me forever Goose

    And this is one of the many reasons I refuse to sub.

    They want people to sub, maybe they should fix the issues with the game first...

    I have been a loyal ESO plus member since launch and it's now gone for no reason. I cannot get to wrothgar. I have already rebooted.

    I see there is a problem with Xbox live and purchased content that seems to effect the whole service. I am wondering if this is the cause.

    I'm also having issues with my ESO plus disappearing. Membership is good for another 16 days according to the website..I'm unable to continue questing in thieves guild DLC...

    Why are there forum people not answering anyone's questions about issues with ESO plus? That's just crap customer service. Maybe and employee of WSO should post a sticky to the top explaining that they are at least works on it. Are they being lazy or inconsiderate or is their customer service just that bad? Make an effert that would probably make a huge difference for people who pay to play your game.

    what about getting crashes in wrothgar and undaunted places its been 3 days, you guys are not responding any tickets. it took 30 crashes for each character to go wayshrine and teleport somewhere else. Everytime i just do 2 steps and then crash. Same ritual for 2 hours and finally im out of wrothgar i am not going back there again and cancel my ESO plus. Having a plus is frustration since every dlc zones are mostly laggy with really low frame rate. what is the point that you are not fixing major problems in game and keep releasing in dlc. You guys are ruining a really great game.
