Damage, still great.
Survivability, Still great.
Depending if the crit morph still makes dot not tick aslong as you are cloak, that morph togheter with crit damage mundus = nomnom.
I think this cloak change more or less was the best they could do wihtout completely killing the skill.

What? They spend a healthy amount of their time in ESO but they aren't good because of that?Publius_Scipio wrote: »Also I would like to know if sorcs (specifically their shields) are more balanced and manageable where one doesn't have to be a mojican or aenlir and dedicate 1/3 of their waking life to ESO in order to get a build together that can have a fair/balanced fight with a sorc.
I hate to go off topic but I have to point out. That's a bit of a backhanded compliment. Maybe those guys spend a healthy amount of their free time in ESO but they're not good because of that, they're good because they're good.
You know what they say study long study wrong.
Either myself or Krotha said that to you.Scamandros wrote: »Someone once told me that more yogurt was the solution to everything

@God_flakes This entire patch is all about forcing groups to split up, as they're not able to address lag on the code side - so they're trying to force players to not bunch up as much. Less stacked players = less lag, so if they all die very quickly when they stack it will be a better playing experience for anyone who doesn't stack.

There are guilds that run multiple full raids of 24 stacking and spamming tornado in all factions. It's one of the reasons some of us log off in prime time - there's just no way to fight that without running more players than we want to. With the new changes, these players will have to know that 4-5 of us with proxy will wipe their 50+ stacked. It's something I'm looking forward to.God_flakes wrote: »But I digress. They're not making you a suicide bomber.. There's no reason you should be able to live through it. What they're doing is trying to force you to run groups of 6, and not stay too close to other groups from your own faction.
