Game Freezing Skills Not Working

Whats with the game freezing in PvE. Had to put up with it in PvP but now PvE too. Heck I left Cyrodiil because of the constant lag and freezing. Seems the game is getting worse not better. Can be in a middle of a fight, using the bank, crafting, talking to a quest giver etc and all of a sudden game freeze for a few seconds.
The Templar skill Toppling Charge heck several times it has not worked at all. No animation just the sound effects. Really nice when you want to leap into an attack and you get nothing.
ZOS the issues just keep on mounting and nothing is being fixed. I have been a paid subscriber since the start but now it just is not worth the money with all the bugs.

✭Freezes only for a few seconds? Consider yourself lucky as I get everything frozen for about 30 seconds then get kicked to the title screen. This happens several times a night.1 -

You cant polish a poop. But the mythbusters TV show has polished one so I'm sure zenimax can too.0 -
