Lets say you comet someone and they reflect it. Can you reflect the reflected comet back with your own reflective scales?

Yes. You cannot reflect a skill a third time though. Twice is the limit.

That's why you throw your own meteor on people that have reflect up so you can guarantee a hit on them after you reflect your own skill back at them. (with scales up the damage will be increased by 35% for both reflects)

Are you sure? I remember reflecting an attack twice at this guy once using both Defensive posture and reflect. He attacked, I reflected with wings, he reflected with wings and I re-reflected with posture.

Definitely used to be able to do this several times. I recall a few rounds of "DK tennis" back in the day bouncing destructive reach or similar ability back and forth.

Twice is the limit of reflect. But sometimes the second reflect bugs out, causing both to take damage or to just not reflect at all. Combine that with the unreliable wings these days as well.
