Monday and tuesday.
On monday it was down from around 12:10 (all in CET) till almost 16:00. Some people were getting kicked/not able to connect and some were not effected at all. ZOS statement was - DDoS attacks.
Sadly on tuesday right after the maintenance was done the same happened. People were not able to connect till around 15:30 on EU servers or were getting kicked out (I succeded to connet twice and each time got kicked after about 30 seconds with ping of 14k). Again, not all EU players were effected by it. Statement? None. We have no idea till now about what happened, we were basically just said "Done, you can connect, solved." What was the cause of the problem we will probably never know because ZOS gives a s*it about EU.Magicka sorcerer from start until the end. Always. Through the good times and the bad, even now when its probably saddest PvE dps it has ever been.
Even as an owner of one radiant apex mounts I am against radiant apex mounts and anything thats not obtainable by direct purchase.0 -

✭✭✭It's pretty outrageous that they said casually it was a DDOS attack and gave no info on whether we were protected or not, no official statement etc.
Either this happens more than we'd like to know or they have absolutely no customer care.
