Adding more Birds would so super awesome and make the World feel so alive. The noise in a forest, seeing them fly around.
Sometimes I feel the game world needs more life, such as when you see a dog chasing a cat in daggerfall. Birds i feel would really add that type of 'alive' feeeling to the world.

Best zone I've seen so far what considers birds: Grahtwood. Also the sound effects in some parts of this zone is very unique, very jungle-like, I'd say
I haven't actually seen so many birds there (standard amount, I guess), but heard even more^^
Edit: I need to add that I play the game without music for months now, these sound effects come out a LOT better without music, really! Some, if not most of them, I never noticed when the music was still running.

✭✭He means flocks of birds flying in the distance, like off above mountains etc. not that one bird that flaps off a rock when you get close... Think Archeage's bird packs you can see off in the distance and I think you'll be grasping what the OP was talking about.
And while the Devs are adding bird packs please fix the foliage in the game, it drives me bonkers that we only ever see one side of the filler foliage...I AM UPDATING MY PRIVACY POLICY
