Why are the Lv11 wasps of Lower Craglorn so much tougher than their Lv13 brethren in Upper Craglorn. Following on from the difficulties I've had with the Lower Craglorn variety I've steered clear of them in Upper Craglorn but have since discovered that their a doddle to kill!

I put it down to an evil sense of humor by the devs.

I remember one time I want to die in UC so as not to pay a huge Wayshrine fee, so I aggro'd some wasps up there. I half hearted the battle and when they all died, I was quite surprised. Also a bit irked as I still had to walk to the wayshrine.

Psst, don't tell them. Those wasps belong to the rare species of npcs that escaped the nerf bat.

Unfortunately, a species that itsn't fun fighting, unlike all the other species which actually got nerfed..^^

The wasps in Craglorn, no matter UC or LC, are weird anyways. I remember a longer time ago when I had my character standing in idle directly at a wayshrine in UC which is not far from a wasp nest. During that time, I still could see the screen, though. No one was drawing the wasps towards me or anything like it, but the wasps suddenly noticed me and thought it'd be funny to attack, out of nowhere. At a wayshrine, which is supposed to be a safe haven, isn't it? They saw me, and they could smell the food I was carrying around, I bet! lol
