I don't PvP that mutch but seems the last 2 days i have been playing there seems to be a large number of small groups 3-4 people in stealth 90% Nb who 4 on one at choke points. really are you that bad that you have to stunlock kill me without me having a fighting chance :s

ye im not QQ about the fact i lose 4 vs 1. but these nightbaldes on xbox one btw. they camp up between points like bridges you need to cross to get back in the fight. because for example snipe from stealth has a chance of ccing you for a bit without gicing you the immunity i get double CC without even the chance to fight back. this can be done by any stam class btw, NB just favor stealth more and seem to do it. this is more a community issue then balance issue. :/
get's annoying to the point i just walk over a mountian which takes 4x longer then take the road to the fight because at least i can PvP then. not getting killed before you have a chance to fight back.

Are you there to PvP or are you trying to get PvE content done?

The best way to avoid gankers is to take the less direct route to where you are going.

It always takes me a bit longer to get there, but I get there alive.

There are people who will go stalk choke points and gank. Be prepared for it. If you are riding, use Rapid Maneuvres, make sure your horse has enough stamina to withstand a few hits. If you are on foot, use immovable pots and stealth.

If you are actually there to PvP, join a group (preferably a smaller one) and practice. I find that there's a big learning curve in PvP.

just to get to the keeps where the fights are done. i have the explorer, savior of nirn, tamriel hero and all skyshards done without any problems really. only those 4 skyshards at the enemy's elder scroll where kinda hard but this is about when i actaully want to get into fights. but are not able because those griefers without skill that have to gain AP on a unfair way. problem is with this is see this is hard to maintain without breaking the game. i do like the stealth gameplay but the 4 on one on stealth is just lame and shows poor character if you ask me. and yes i play NB but i don't group up with all stealth players and only fight when outnumbered because these guys wont fight when you come with 4-5 others.

i actually prefer the 4-12 man groups. it makes where you have to use a actual rotation is neccary. large group only is a spammfest with alot of lagg. sometimes i go out on my own to kill people on on one. some i win some i lose.

Our group had a rally point where we respawned during our PVP event. That way we didn't trickle in after folks died. We went back to the fight as a group. Of course, we were all on Teamspeak, so coordinating all that was a lot easier.

That's the point, to prevent enemy reinforcements from getting back to the fight. When you only have a handful of people, it's a useful thing to do to help the map.

NBs ar not THAT easy to master. They have their problems too. Just adapt. I remember when everybody blamed DKs. Then was the sorcs...now the nbs....next templars.

Its there tactics that make me sick there like snipers on battlefield, scum but again if zos gives them such an advantage then it zos's fault not the nb players.

Maybe the devs are all nb's when it come to pvp n they wanna make sure they stay that way, just a theory but the DCUO devs were famous for opperated this way (all ice tanks most op class in game since launch) so you never know.

Because a 4v1 at a chokepoint would have ended completely different if it were 4 Dragon Knights, Sorcerers or Templars.

    Right, OP?

If you are going to cry about Nightblades because you got killed by a few of them, at least come up with valid complaints.

I think the problem is, it wasn't bad when there were a handful of Nightblades, but nowadays you see people rerolling them and Cyrodiil/IC is just full of it, so they're everywhere making them more annoying than ever.

Agree with the OP. Personally i think no matter the situation i think you should have a chance to atleast defend yourself. There are many times i am literally dead before i can even respond which i think is just bad gameplay by the developers. Atleast have it so i have a chance even if 60% of my health is gone and they have full health. Also the unbalance of CP and gear in BWB for new players is ridiculous.

It's indeed amazing to see how many of the previously OP Dragon Knights and Sorcerers have re-rolled to various forms of the Nightblade.

    Scrubs, all of them.

@Artjuh90: Stunlocking is nothing Nightblade specific. Doing a lot of damage is nothing Nightblade specific. Waiting at a chokepoint to gank is nothing Nightblade specific. Nothing of what you mentioned is Nightblade specific.

Protip: Don't walk around known chokepoints without being ready to get jumped.

    Don't cry - L2P.

I completely agree with this statement.

I have two characters. One is a nightblade, the other a stamina templar. The nightblade ... yeah. I made a joke on the forum last night to the effect that when my nightblade goes to Cyrodiil, people buy her cookies. In truth, my nightblade has no problem finding a group on PvP. Two of us, nightblades, can cloak, stun and finish parties twice our size. Thank you, Zenimax, for ambush!

My templar - always alone. Always.

So yeah, @Detector is right. L2P the mechanics of the game. And the mechanics of the game, give you two options:

    (1) Roll a nightblade or

    (2) run with a group - or even better, run a zerg.

Because if the ganking, nightblade-infested, zergfest of a PvP is what Zenimax wants to deliver to you in terms of a PvP game, then @Detector is right: you have to play the mechanics.

I really suck at PvP and I can do wonderful things with my mightblade (see what I did there?) It is, by far, the easiest class to play with the most game options (magicka v. stamina).

    Don't cry - L2P.

    4 > 1

    There is no skill here

Of course there isn't. At this point, the solution is basic math. How much damage can your group do to a single player before they can do damage to you.

And if your four nightblade group ganks a single player and they turn the tables on you, then really, you deserve whatever they do to you. :)
