Blood knight Build - Magicka Melee NightBlade?

Ok, so I always have loved the idea of a Blood Magic user with a 2H Sword. A hybrid of magic and blade if you would. Is this possible with a Nightblade these days? Been some time since I last played this game. I would be building a damaging / leech build. Since I would use most skills from Siphon and Shadow tree I would focus on magicka. Below is the build I had in mind. Please let me know if this is usable in the current game.

Armor: 5 Heavy 2 Light
ALL Armor enchants are increase max magicka
Mundus Stone: Max Magicka
Neck/Rings: Max Magicka
Weapon 2H Sword Both Bars

Bar 1: 2H Sword
Swallow Soul
Lotus Fan
Mass Hysteria
Shadowy Disguise
Concealed Weapon

Bar 2: 2H Sword
Refreshing Path
Crippling Grasp
Sap Essence
Siphoning Attacks
Mirage

Been a while since I played so I guess whatever armor set provides the most magkica. My Stamina build from my last character had hundings rage for DW / Bow build. Jewelry I have no clue. Been to long for me to recall item sets lol.

I could also go with a Vampire if I need to but they offer very little and look stupid (like a SWTOR Sith or a zombie with aids)

Finally! I have no input here but yeah, at least you can set sith mode on or off.

wont work
need to min/max stamina or magicka unless you don't plan on using weapon attacks for damage
plus your regen must be terrible with that build
