Launcher stuck on loading again

As the title says, when I run the launcher it always gets stuck on the "loading" message. I tried using the ultrasurf proxy when running the launcher and it used to help, but recently even that has stopped working. I've excluded the launcher in my firewalls and antivirus programs and still nothing. Any ideas on how to fix this? I can't update my client because of this.
