Torug's Pact UI Bug... Will it ever be fixed?

@ZOS_GinaBruno Will there ever be a fix for this bug? It has been around so long and I'm just not sure why it is so hard to be fixed. Can you give us any statement on this? Thank you

For those who don't know, the UI does not reflect the added spell damage.
