ZOS fix Toppling Charge NOW!

Toppling Charge is still broke really! This move still has a 30% chance to bug out. Some times it simply refuses to execute the move in the first place, sometimes after landing the move I can't do anything for almost 10 seconds. ZOS, pplease fix this move or just make a new templar gap closer that actually works. PS it would be awesome is one of the morphs was a Stamina based gap closer.

Dreddlock-✭✭ATM Templar is soooooo broken. ZOS stole our CC, bugged our gap closer, nerfed our shields and left us a broken class.1

Dreddlock-✭✭Just read the PS4 1.11 patch notes. I hope that Devs factored in the burning light passive when they reduced the amount of times blazing spear ticks. If they didn't, ZOS just nerfed another Templar skill.0
