Daily Quest Cap increase with Thieves Guild?

Seeing that there will be new quests (heist quests, huild jobs) I guess that those quests will be repeatable daily quests.
The daily quest cap atm, is not enough anyway. you reach that easy if you do wrothgar+pledges+hald cyrodil quests.
So i guess a cap increase with TG is mandatory
