NB Dark Cloak Question redarding DoTs (NOT a nerf thread)

The tooltip for NB's Dark Cloak states that it removes 4 damage over time effects. However, when Reaper's Mark (Armor Debuff, not DoT) is applied the NB can cloak and get rid of the debuff. (When I say Reaper's Mark, I do mean Reaper's Mark. I understand that the other morph Piercing Mark can not be purged with cloak).

1) Does this mean that the tool tip is incorrect, and should read "removes 4 negative effects"?

2) Does Dark Cloak purge any of the following debuffs as well:
a) Major Defile (30% decreased healing)
b) Minor Maim (15% decreased damage)
c) Major Fracture from Pierce Armor in S&B skill line (I would assume yes since Reaper's Mark is purged)
d) Snares (Movement speed Debuffs) ex. Deep Slash

Yeah, Cloak only gets rif of DoT, not debuffs. Major Fracture only gets temp removed due to the passive. It'll return when the passive wears off.

Cloak is more like half a Purge, not like the ones from Templars and Support which do get rid of debuffs and Piercing Mark

to 1) nope, reapers mark just requires a visible target - even stealth pots "cleanse" it.
2) nope aswell.

Dark Cloak diesn't remove Major Fracture, it's that 3 sec Armor passive when you use a Shadoww ability that temp negates the debuff

Ok, so even though the dark pillar that surrounds you disappears, you still are under the Major Fracture Debuff once the passive wears off?
