Hey, it's me again. Yeah ikr >.>

Anyways, first off: again I apologize for the last thread I made. It was basically just me getting too annoyed with a few griefers/haters in IC, and me finally reaching that boiling point which made me ranmble on an on. So again, sorry for that thread

I've decided to make the thread I should've made: a small list of changes for NB to make them more fair and fall in line with the other classes WITHOUT overly nerfing them. Cuz yeah, I still firmly believe that nerfing isn't the solution to things at this point.

So here goes:

Assassination

Ambush: Make the Major Empower buff stealth only OR Give Ambush a minimum range to cast
If the attack gets executed from stealth, only then should the buff be applied to the NB. This way, StamBlades would still have a reliable gap closer but in regular combat they won't be able to power themselves up anymore and attack at the same time with just 1 skill. And it won't reduce a NB's ganking ability either, so it's a win-win for both sides

Or it should have a minimum range to cast it, like every other gap closer in this game. So when the NB gets too close, he can't continuously power himself up with Major Empower but the move itself would still be a good attack to have.

Shadow

Cloak: Reduce the amount of DoT effects it removes to 2 instead of 4 OR Add a small Magicka Regen Reduction while Cloaked
Like I said before: NB are a balanced class since they can run both Magicka and Stamina builds. And I also said many times that if Cloak gets compromised, MagBlades will suffer a lot from it. Which is why I'm a staunch protector of the skill, since it's a MagBlade's means of stealth: StamBlades wear Medium Armor (sneak passive) and many are a sneak race (Khajiit/Bosmer). MagBlades wear Light and are Magicka races without stealth passives

Thing is, the devs alrdy said that changing/nerfing Cloak should be done really careful since it'll probably screw the class up big time if they get it wrong. The 2 possibilities I mention here are:

- A reduction of the DoT Cloak should purge
- A small reduction of Magicka Regen while Cloaked

Surprise Attack: Make the Armor Debuff stealth only
Same thing as the stun the attack has: the armor debuff should only be applied if the target is hit while the NB is stealthed. So the attack can still be used to weave in regular combat, but without continuously reducing an enemy's armor

Refreshing Shadows: Slot a Shadow skill to get this passive
Simple change to make the passive similar to other regen passives out there.

Siphoning

Agony
This skill needs a buff. :p


So here's my list. Feel free to discuss and let me know what you guys think. I'm against nerfs in any form or way, and I really hope that Templars get fixed, DKs get unnerfed :p and NB are made more fair without being overly nerfed (like the DK before 1.6). I hope these suggestions are to your liking and if you guys have some good suggestions too, I'll add them here.

    This will be horrible for stamblades. You often have 3-4 dots on you, so you'll have to use it twice before you can stealth.
