I am wondering if I use my ancient elf motif will unlock for all charatcers on an account even I make new ones. Asked the support team and 4 weeks later still no freakin answer so I come here.

No. It only unlocks it for that particular character.0 -

I believe only that character but you could always just send Armour to your alts.0 -

✭Either sell it or use it on a char you plan to use as a crafter. My first char is now my crafter as I learnt a lot of traits on him, so may as well use it; I don't remember that motif being particularly expensive either.I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!
